Canreal has broad exposure to real estate owners, developers and brokers and, as a result of its good relationships in the industry, is often exposed to new opportunities before they become available in the marketplace. We can pursue acquisitions on a client’s behalf or simply act as an advisor. Canreal will negotiate on the client’s behalf to place the property under contract for purchase and undertake a comprehensive due diligence analysis of the property. Canreal will work diligently to ensure that the client’s interests are protected throughout a smooth closing and property take-over.
Canreal also actively seeks opportunities to create real estate investment syndications, whereby a number of investors will pool their equity in one investment property. The syndication can be structured as a co-ownership or limited partnership arrangement or in the form of a bare trust.
